"Officer Decilles and K9 Roxy
Officer DeCilles has served the Fredericksburg Police Department since April 2020. He started his professional career in 2012 when he enlisted in the Marine Corps, where he served until 2020. Officer DeCilles began his law enforcement career in the Patrol Division, and in 2023, Officer DeCilles was partnered with K9 Roxy. They were certified as a K9 team by the Tarheel K9 Training School. K9 Roxy is a Belgian Malinois full of energy and originates from Czechoslovakia. When not at work being a pro-active unit and assisting patrol, K9 Roxy loves being outside, going on walks, and chasing her ball."
