After Black driver handcuffed and arrested, prosecutor says she never should have been pulled over
"Virginia State Police trooper spotted car with taillights out, later pulled driver out of car and attempted DWI arrest, but driver had 0.0 blood alcohol level... Hindenlang then unlocked [Juanisha C.] Brooks’s door and dragged her out of the car, while Brooks loudly pleaded with him to stop, the video shows. The trooper spun her against the car and handcuffed her... 'Would he have done that to a White woman? No,' Brooks said. 'He didn’t see me as a human being. … This has to stop.
