| Description | On October 24, 2013, Latron Dupree Brown filed a lawsuit against the Albemarle County Police Department and Sergeant Dell Johnson, John McKay, Tavis Coffin, Jon Suitz, M. Frazier, Mark Jones, Matt McCall, Off. Hatter, Off. Wormley, and Off. Brake.
