"CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA - On September 1, 2020, Charlottesville Police Officer Jeffrey Jaeger was charged with assault and battery for conduct associated with his March 3, 2020 detention and arrest of Andre Henderson. Today, Judge Theresa Carter found Mr. Jaeger guilty of assault and battery and sentenced him to 12 months in jail with all of that time suspended.
